The role ensures that HR modules are correctly configured, tested, released, and supported in line with business requirements and quarterly product updates. The objective is to enable stable, compliant, and user‑friendly HR systems while ensuring HR users are well‑prepared for changes through structured impact assessment, training, and governance.
