Job Overview
This role would suit someone with experience in an entry-level HR systems position or an individual currently working in HR who is looking to transition into an HR systems-focused role at an early-career or foundational level.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing administration, maintenance, operation, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, as well as our payroll system (ResourceLink) where necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for system user and reporting queries.
- Maintain and administer the HR system with configuration such as new job titles, cost centres, work schedules, permissions etc.
- Coordinate the preparation, production, and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
