Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units Support managers in handling employee relations concerns and disciplinary cases Assist in implementing performance management processes (KPIs, evaluations, coaching) Partner with Talent Acquisition on manpower requirements and hiring coordination Monitor employee engagement and help drive retention initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Assist in organizational development initiatives and team structure improvements Prepare HR reports and analyze basic HR metrics (attrition, attendance, performance trends) Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 4–6 years of HR experience , with at least 1–2 years in an HRBP or supervisory role Experience in fintech, banking, ...
