Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans in line with approved manpower requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
  • Prepare and issue employment offers and related hiring documents.
  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    • 2. Personnel Administration

  • Maintain and update employee personnel records and files.
