Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management. Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.
• Employee Relations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• HR Administration & Compliance: Manage and maintain accurate employee 201 files and other confidential HR records. Oversee timekeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Other Duties: Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned by the management team.
