Job Description
We are looking for a HR assistant to work along side on a project. Responsibilities are as follows:
- Perform all-around administrative duties and support for the team
- Assist in handling daily operations including procurement, keep track of supply, time keeping, record keeping, take minutes of meeting, and file management
- Prepare administrative reports regularly and process invoices/receipts for payment
- Schedule the team 24x7 roster
- Assist in their HR needs
- Assist the project team and handle ad-hoc assignments
- Degree in business or administrative management or similar
- Relevant of 2 years experience in similar position
- Fluent in spoken and written English, a secondary language is advantageous like Mandarin or Cantonese
- Good telephone manner, communication/interpersonal skills
- Good command in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
