• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Team player.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or other related courses.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits. (remittances of mandatory government contribution and HMO)
• Amenable to work in different locations in a week (Makati, Tondo).
