Responsibilities

• Employee Recruitment and Selection: Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current staffing needs.
• Compensation and Benefits Administration, including payroll, timekeeping and government contributions.
• Employee 201 file maintenance: Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
• Employee Relations: Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
• Training and Development.
• Administrative and office work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or any related field/course.
• Knowledge of HR functions.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
