Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records
• Address employee concerns and assist in basic disciplinary procedures
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Support timekeeping, training coordination, and other HR-related activities
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times

Job Requirements

• NBI Clearance/Police Clearance
• Drug Test
• Diploma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
