Job Description
The HR Specialist will support a high‑volume hiring initiative by managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all candidates are entered into Paycom accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for processing new hire documentation, initiating background checks and drug screens as required, and ensuring all onboarding steps are completed in compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The HR Specialist will work closely with recruiting, hiring managers, and payroll to resolve onboarding issues, track progress, and meet tight hiring timelines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems, responding to new hire questions, and supporting day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks during periods of increased hiring activity.
