Job Description
Summary
Responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration for Malaysia and Singapore operations while supporting HR operational processes, employee lifecycle activities, and compensation & benefits initiatives. The role serves as a key partner to employees and HR stakeholders by delivering efficient payroll services, maintaining data integrity, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving continuous process improvements and system enhancements.
This role is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, reporting to HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage endβtoβend payroll processing: data validation, calculation, reporting, and statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
- Act as the primary contact for employees and HR partners on payroll matters, resolving queries promptly and professionally.
