We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida, in a Contract to Permanent role. This position supports core human resources activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding coordination through records administration and employee support. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment with confidential information, and a solid understanding of HR operations in a regulated environment. This role requires candidates to be bilingual Spanish.


Responsibilities:

• Manage daily human resources activities by guiding onboarding and separation processes while keeping employee files complete and up to date.

• Partner with payroll and benefits teams to help ensure timely processing, accurate enrollments, and consistent data maintenance in HR systems.

• Monitor HR practices for alignment with company standards as well as applicable federal and state employment regulations.
