Robert Half is partnering with a company in the Miami area that is looking to add an experienced HR Specialist to their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting day-to-day human resources operations.


The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of HR responsibilities ranging from onboarding and employee support to compliance and recruiting coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes

+ Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date

+ Support recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates

+ Help manage benefits administration and HR-related employee questions
