Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field

✔ At least 1–2 years experience as an HR

✔ Strong background in Compensation & Benefits preferred

✔ Good communication and organizational skills

✔ Willing to work night shift, Monday–Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm )

✔ Willing to be assigned onsite in Mandaluyong



Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and support Compensation & Benefits administration (payroll coordination, incentives, and salary processes)

✔ Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies

✔ Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management

✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

✔ Assist in HR reports and employee engagement initiatives
