Summary About the Position: The incumbent will serve as an HR Spec for SOUTHCOM -Military and Personnel Directorate-Civilian Personnel and Mission Support Division in Miami, FL. Responsibilities Develop and recommend command implementation policy of procedural guidance and policy statements for use throughout activities and the command for effective and efficient program operations. Perform regulatory research and coordination with appropriate proponents as basis for developing internal and external policies and programs within current legal base. Provide guidance to operating officials and personnel regarding general and specialized aspects of civilian personnel programs.
