Reporting to the Global PX Services Manager, you will be the main support and point of contact for HR Admins and Payroll Specialists worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for HR Admin and Payroll teams across all markets.
Act as the first point of contact and primary support for teams.
Partner with the Global PX Services Manager to define, execute, and monitor HR admin and payroll processes across the employee lifecycle.
Drive data quality initiatives to keep HR information accurate and up-to-date in the HRIS.
Develop and analyze comprehensive reports related to HR data.
Lead process implementations and spearhead automation improvements.
