Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of moderate transactional and informational services to internal and external customers. Oversees the effective resolution of all inquiries received through the ticketing tool and transactions within the defined service scope. This position responds for the resolution of moderate employee inquiries and will work together with the HR Services Hub Manager or Head of Region HR Service Hub, HRBPs / Local HR Partners and HR Vendors as defined in the respective HR documentation.
This role also includes tasks related to HR system data maintenance and handling of payroll, time/absence, benefits and pension activities. One of the key requirements is Japanese language proficiency, as the role would be primarily responsible for Japan.
