Job Description

They are looking for HR Senior Manager who is passionate about HR and has people-oriented charisma to handle full spectrum HRM & HRD strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Developing corporate plans for all HRM & HRD includes manpower planning, performance management, training, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, labor law, and regulations compliance.
  • Leading a team of HR and developing strategy, implementing strategic HR goals, plans, and tactics aligned with company business demands and policies.
  • Providing information and suggestions to the management team in managing, conducting, and implementing corporate policies related to human resources operations, manpower planning, policies, and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate direction.
