• Managing high volume of daily recruitment calls and shortlisting of candidates.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the candidates.
• Document control and management.
• Coordinating and issuing health insurance for new joiners.
• Skill testing and assessments for potential candidates.
• On-boarding for hired employees.
• Maintaining the checklist of employees development plan.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
• Support with procurement tasks.
• Monitor attendance and revise HR reports generated by the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
