Role Summary
The Project Coordinator β Digital Recruitment Transformation will support the execution of global recruiting transformation initiatives by maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and supporting communication across multiple stakeholders.
This role plays a key operational support function for recruiting technology initiatives, including AI-enabled recruiting platforms, CRM development, vendor integrations, recruiting analytics projects, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting fast-moving projects across global recruiting, HR, and technology teams.
