Human Resources is currently seeking a temporary HR Product Analyst based out of our Manchester office.

The HR Technology Analyst will primarily seek and deliver efficiencies within our HR Technology stack and related processes with a focus on enhancing the user experience using AI, automation and system functionality. The role will also support day-to-day operational activity and wider project initiatives, helping to ensure requirements and metrics are clearly defined, testing is effectively coordinated, documentation is maintained, and opportunities for process improvement are identified.

This is not a deeply technical role; instead, it is suited to someone with a broad understanding of HR systems, HR processes and data who can help bridge the gap between HR stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
