The HR Product Analyst will primarily seek and deliver efficiencies within our HR Technology stack and related processes with a focus on enhancing the user experience using AI, automation and system functionality. The role will also support day-to-day operational activity and wider project initiatives, helping to ensure requirements and metrics are clearly defined, testing is effectively coordinated, documentation is maintained, and opportunities for process improvement are identified.
