**Your Impact**

The primary purpose of this role is to provide tactical and strategic support for employment compliance programs and HR policies/procedures for all Lowe's locations. This includes responsibility for leading or more HR compliance program, ensuring efficient process, positive associate experience and compliance with state/federal laws and company policy.
