Overview:
As the HR & Payroll Support Specialist, you will support the regional HRBP in the day-to-day activities within HR administration, payroll and HR project management.
Type of contract: CDI, CDD, alternance
Key responsibilities:
β’ HR and Payroll support in cooperation with HRBP
β’ Operating HR systems and processes
β’ Cooperation and securing alignment with Payroll team
Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Support HR administration as per daily operational needs
β’ Operate in HR systems and programs
β’ Contribute to effective internal communication.
β’ Administration support to queries related to payroll and time & attendance (address payroll-related questions to Payroll teams and secure a timely follow up, technical support to T&A system)
