Job Description

We are now looking for a driven HR professional with a passion for Payroll. Do you want to join a team of dynamic and motivated staff where precision, accuracy, communication, respect and solidarity are crucial. Your role:

  • Responsible for the monthly payroll administration from A to Z in collaboration with the social secretariat: checking and preparing salaries before sending them for calculation (including checking timesheets, absences, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, etc.)
  • Management of personnel files: employment contracts and amendments, work permits, illness, insurance affiliation, entry and exit, DIMONA, educational leave, time credit, holidays, tax forms, etc.
