Job Description
We are seeking a professional with experience in HR administration to join the team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate management of employment documentation, payroll records, time tracking, and the coordination of occupational risk prevention and subsidized training processes, while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with current labor regulations.
For the right candidate, this position could be remote.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Documentation: prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, annexes, extensions and related documentation.
- Employee lifecycle: issue employee registrations, terminations, certificates and updates with Social Security authorities.
- Database management: act as the primary datekeeper for the HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring all personal data is accurate and current.
- Compliance & Safety: maintain mandatory documentation for Occupational Risk Prev...
