The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of core HR processes. This role involves managing payroll, employee taxation, incentive calculations, statutory compliance, and audits, along with supporting key HR processes such as the annual increment cycle.
