Purpose of the Job

  • Provide HR and Payroll transactional support globally – with a focus on Europe, Asia Pacific, possibly US and Africa.

  • Maintain statutory compliance for India.

  • Hands on experience on ERP System – SuccessFactors preferred.

  • Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.

  • Responsible for HR operational support to India, including payroll delivery.

  • Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.

  • Escalate/refer cases to team leader as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
