**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness Lead to join our HR Resource Center (HRRC). This role is critical in modernizing HR processes, reducing manual work, and driving the adoption of automated, digital employee journeys. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that streamline HR operations, reduce dependency on spreadsheets, improve self-service capabilities, and enhance the employee experience through efficient, technologyenabled solutions.
This position will partner closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to analyze current processes, design future-state workflows, and implement scalable, automated solutions.
