Tesla is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our growing HR Operations team in Norway. The role will have a strong focus on both operational delivery and effective team management, ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services.
Our HR Operations team is an integral function that provides support to our Employee population across the Nordics. Join us in accelerating the worldβs transition to sustainable energy whilst giving a Best-in-Class experience to our Employees.
**What You'll Do**
- Manage a team working on both Core HR employee lifecycle processes and Payroll input. Team tasks include supporting the process of new joiners, absence management, leavers, and general HR-ticket enquiries. As well as monthly payroll input, processing and compliance checks
- Monitor and report upon key SLAs, metrics and KPIs to drive the strongest possible output from the HR Operations team
