This role needs someone who is technically
excellent, detail ‑ driven and confident managing both BAU Ops and
continuous process improvement.

The Role:

Deliver high ‑ quality HR Operations support across the employee
lifecycle

- Own and improve HR
processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Work confidently
across Workday and wider HR tools

- Manage tickets and
workflow through ServiceNow, Jira or similar systems

- Use Excel and
Power Automate to streamline reporting and automation

- Maintain a
meticulous approach to data, documentation andpliance
