Job Description
Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete necessary paperwork, background checks, and documentation. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in setting up new employee workstations, systems, and access to company resources.
