Ajman University is seeking a Coordinator for HR Operations to support daily HR activities including employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance with policies. This role acts as a key HR contact by assisting in tracking employee attendance, managing service requests, and facilitating employee engagement programs.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and have 2β3 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
