About the Role

We are expanding our SAP Managed Payroll Services team and are looking for an HR Operations Associate to support outsourcing services for our SAP MPS team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process simple HR service cases and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations Administrators and Specialists when needed.
• Process data records in HR systems, including Benefits, Pension and Insurance, Time Tracking, and Garnishment.
• Handle document management where client self‑service is not possible.
