The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and managing various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. Principal Functions and Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post job openings and screen applicants.
• Schedule and assist in interviews and selection processes.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain updated employee records and documentation.

B. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
