Job Description

The HR Officer will be responsible for establishing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, payroll, and compliance. This role is crucial in building strong HR systems and supporting the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment , screening, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain employee records (201 files) , contracts, and HR documents.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, payroll preparation , and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure labor law compliance and assist in DOLE requirements.
• Draft and implement company policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions .
• Support employee relations , training, and engagement activities.
