Position: HR Manager – Full-time (1–3 years experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing – Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding). Ensure candidates align with professional standards and Christian values. Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs (teachers and non-teaching staff).
• Employee Relations – Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns and conflict resolution. Promote a positive, respectful, and faith-centered work environment. Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with school policies.
