Job Description

• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs at the mine site.
• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of skilled and unskilled workers.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and 201 data.
• Monitor daily attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping systems.
• Support employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in coordination with HR management.
• Assist in the conduct of training, safety orientations, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and company standards.
• Liaise with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) for reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount summaries, and other documentation for site and corporate use.
