HR Officer

Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join their mining team based in Northern Cape.

• Assisting with the implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures.
• Providing support with recruitment and selection processes.
• Managing employee relations and handling employee grievances.
• Administering employee benefits and leave management.
• Coordinating training and development initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and relevant industry regulations.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and documents.
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives.

• Grade 12
• National Diploma/BCom Degree in HR Management or B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree (or relevant)
• 5 years' experience in HR within the mining industry. <...
