Job Description
Job Summary The HR Officer shall be the point person to handle various HR initiatives and programs related but not limited to Training, Organization Development, Labor Relations and Policies.
Education
Graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business Admin (Major in HRD), or other related social science courses.
Work Experience
At least 5 yearsβ experience handling the above-mentioned HR functions.
Competencies and Skills
- Clear understanding of Philippine employment regulations and standards
- Sufficient understanding of various HR functions, with strong anchor in at least one of the following:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Compensation and Benefits
