As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Bloom Education's medical insurance program, accurate processing of visas and work permits for employees. You will report to the HR Operations Lead and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

• Administer and manage the company's medical insurance program, ensuring all employees are enrolled and coverage is maintained.
• Work with insurance providers to negotiate rates and manage renewals.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding medical insurance coverage and claims processing.
