Job Description
Human Resource Responsibilities Oversee and lead a HR & Administration team of 4 staff Handle full spectrum of HR functions for retail outlets and head office, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding Prepare and review employment contracts, HR letters, warning letters, and employee related documentation Oversee and approval of monthly employee attendance, leave records and payroll and commission/incentive calculations Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act requirements, and internal company policies Maintain proper employee records and confidential HR documents Coordinate and conduct employee performance reviews, counselling sessions, and engagement initiatives Handle staff disciplinary matters and assist in resolving outlet employee issues and grievance management Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and operational support Liaise with government agencies where required (e.g. MOM, CPF, IR...
