Job Summary:

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of employee separation, including but not limited to clearance management and final pay computation. In fulfilling its responsibilities, the jobholder ensures that all necessary steps are completed efficiently, effectively, in a timely manner and in accordance with legal and the Bank’s existing policy.

How will you contribute:

• Establishes and oversees the process for employee separation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
