Job Description
- Oversee recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and manage payroll administration.
- Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience in managerial or supervisory roles.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; proficient in HR software and labor laws.
