Job Description
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, compliance procedures, and performance management systems to align with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar leadership role, with strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations.
