Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve company policy in timely basis.
  • Procedures relating to all phases of HR activity such as recruitment, training etc in timely basis.
  • Implement employee performance evaluation and hiring, firing processes.
  • Revise rules if needed with consulting to executives.
  • Set up or improve HR system if needed.
  • DOLE Compliance.
  • Labor Related work

    • Qualifications:

  • With minimum of 10 years experience as HR Supervisor/Manager in retail industry.
  • Can work independently.
  • Can work in BGC.
