Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, administration, and employee records on HRIS/HRMS platforms
- Coordinate payroll inputs with outsourced payroll providers β absences, leave, bonuses, and adjustments
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Serve as liaison between management and employees; handle queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Prepare and process HR documentation β recruitment, training, performance, and compliance reports
- Coordinate HR projects including training sessions, surveys, and MEA Bloc HR alignment initiatives
- Support Corporate Administration management and general office operations
- Travel internationally on an ad-hoc basis where required
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
