Job Description
Responsibility
- Management of daily operations of HR personnel administrative matters
- Responsible for the delivery of efficient and accurate HR Admin processes
- Collecting, storing and managing important documentation in both electronic and hard copy format
- Preparation of employee documentation inclusive but not limited to employment contracts, employee settlement and offers of employment
- Tracking all matters pertaining to employee’s salary
- Enforcing compliance with HR policies, procedures and processes
- Maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals for all HR Administration duties
- Up-to-date on all government/employment act clauses and relay the necessary to staff
- Liaison with finance dept for salary & grant related matters
- Implementation of best HR practices
- Selection & recruitment including advertisement & interview
- Onboarding & induction for new employees
