Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions and serve as the primary HR advisor to management, driving people initiatives and supporting business objectives through practical, business‑focused HR solutions.

• Partner with the CEO and management team on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
