The role description

Supervision and management of all HR activities in the Company with the main mission to attract, select, engage and develop the talent in accordance with the corporate needs, budgets and strategy of growth and internationalization. By reporting directly to the CEO and COO of the Company and in tight collaboration with the managers, HR Manageris responsible for efficient talent management, contributes to constant improvements in corporate organization under change management dynamics.
